Work Experience
Private Practice Owner : I serve children, adolescents, young adults, and parents with a wide range of mental health and healing needs. A really humbling and gratifying job that allows me to do what I love every day, while still getting time with my own precious family.
Early Childhood Therapist and Grant Manager: During my time at NorthKey Community Care in Kentucky, I provided mental health consultation services for the early childhood population. This included individual and family therapy, observation and consults in preschools and daycares, and management of social emotional learning in local preschool classrooms. Beyond the therapeutic role, I participated in grant writing, lead trainings for professionals and families, and assisted in the coordination of Strengthening Families initiatives at the state and local level.
Cognitive Trainer: In college, I held really fun position at LearningRx. I led children through brain exercises to improve overall executive functioning skills and learning abilities.
Art Teacher: I was an art teacher in an after-school program for elementary schools in Kentucky.
