Do you accept insurance?
Yes! This is a list of all the insurance companies we accept: Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Evernorth, GEHA, Humana, Medical Mutual, United Healthcare, UMR, Optum Health, OPPOC Ohio. We also accept some EAPs (employee assistance programs).
Do you accept HSA and FSA cards?
Yes! We accept Health Spending Accounts as forms of payment. We also accept most major credit cards and checks. We offer the convenience of saving a credit card on file. Encryption storage safeguards all your information.

What should I expect when I arrive at the office?
At the first session, you will find that there is plenty of parking at the entrance of the building. Upon entering the main doors, there will be a door to enter Suite B. This will take you to our lobby, where you can relax while you wait for your therapist. There is not a receptionist to check you in. But don’t worry, I will be out to greet you shortly!
Do you offer in person or virtual appointments?
Yes! We offer in person sessions and virtual sessions through a secure, HIPPA compliant teletherapy platform.
What are the office hours?
I am in the office Monday through Friday. I am typically in the office in the afternoon and evening; however, hours may change based on season and my own family needs. I will do my best to accommodate your needs!
What are your rates?
Rates will vary on the contracted amount I have with your insurance. You may call your insurance to receive rates specific to your plan. If you choose to do self pay it is $175 per session.
Do you prescribe medication?
No, I do not prescribe medication. However, I often collaborate with prescribers - psychiatrists, nurse practioners, or primary care doctors - in order to have comprehensive and connected care.
